V-bike is a public urban transportation system for users of the National University of Cordoba through a sharing and loaning system. This simple and robust bicycle is faithful to the user who transits the harsh urban streets daily.

Provides security, comfort, reliability, and load capacity. Designed to be produced within a framework of local businesses.

Context

Córdoba, Argentina

The city of Cordoba is characterized by its steeped topography, overflowing traffic, and infrastructure that fails to keep up with the demands of this city. Mobility and transportation becomes a daily challenge where there's a lack of tools and conditions that facilitate this task.

Benchmarking

A deep analysis of the systems that are implemented around the world provides a complex vision of the qualities necessary to obtain an optimal public mobility system for the conditions where it will operate.

Ergonomy

Its characteristics as a universal means of transport must provide the user with a pleasant trip and a great ability to adapt to their various sizes, abilities, and conditions.

The dimensions and angles are adjusted to bring comfort and efficiency while riding.
